Internal communication is defined as the way organisations and employees share information and communicate with each other.

Effective Internal communication has various benefits, for both organisations and individual workers and activists.

Poor internal communication can be extremely detrimental to any organisation, so it’s good to put the work in upfront so things can run with a smoother flow.

When internal communication is defective, so is the work we do.
